I work in sexual health so as part of my job* I receive emails like this one:

Giving oral sex is good for 100 calories over 30 minutes. And depending on how acrobatic you are, the actual act of boot knocking burns about 85 to 144 calories in a half-hour.”
Apparently that booty call can burn off almost 4 of those beers that led to calling said booty call in the first place! I will no longer feel so bad about my exercising habits and/or decision making skills (or lack there of).
